Every part is sourced, tested, traceable.

Foam

Cold-cure molded, 45–55 kg/m³ density. CAL117-2013 and BS 5852 flame-retardant grades available. 200,000-cycle compression tested.

Mesh

Italian & Korean elastomeric mesh, 4-way stretch, 350 g/m². Color-fast to ISO 105-B02 grade 5, Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Gas lift

SGS / TÜV certified Class-3 and Class-4, seamless steel tube, nitrogen-filled, tested to 240,000 cycles.

Base

PA6 nylon + 30% glass fiber, 320/350mm, static load 1136 kg; or polished aluminum 6063-T5 with 60,000-cycle rolling test.

Casters

Ø50/60mm PU or nylon, hard-floor or carpet-safe, brake or auto-lock. Each rated 60 kg.

Leather / PU

Bonded, PU, microfiber, and top-grain options. Martindale 50,000+ rubs. REACH & Prop 65 compliant.

Can you match a competitor sample?

Yes. Send a physical sample or tech pack; we return a DFM report, formal quote, and a paid sample within 10 working days.

Do you print our logo & brand carton?

Yes — pad print, laser, woven label, and leather embossing; full-color offset or flexo cartons from 300 pcs.

Which test reports can you provide?

BIFMA X5.1, EN 1335, EN 12520, CAL117, REACH, Prop 65, Oeko-Tex. Existing reports free; new reports at cost.

Do you accept 3rd-party inspection?

Standard practice. SGS, TÜV, BV, Intertek, QIMA all welcome for in-line and pre-shipment at buyer's cost.

Warranty and spare parts?

3–5 years on frame and mechanism. 2% free spares in every shipment; replacement components DHL-shipped within 7 days.

Can we visit the factory?

Anytime. 90 minutes from Hangzhou Xiaoshan (HGH) or 3h from Shanghai Pudong (PVG). We arrange pickup and hotel.
